Liked: Modern, new and very clean. Good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Several front desk staff members were not trained properly. Sepulveda facing rooms are loud due to the traffic, as if the windows are very cheap.

comfortable but overpriced
Liked: check in was pleasant and easy
Disliked: we were there for 2 nights. We had a planned lunch at 12:30 on Saturday so we hung out in our room until noon, with the do not disturb tag on our door. We took it off the door when we left. Upon return at roughly 3pm, the room had not been serviced. I asked the front desk and was advised that housekeeping takes a walk through upon arrival and if the do not disturb placard is on the door, they won't service the room. Further, I was advised the staff does not make a second trip to see if rooms needed to be serviced. I understand now, after the fact. We were NOT advised of this practice upon check-in. The front desk NEEDS to advise guests of this practice. What made things worse was there were still many housekeeping staff members making up rooms. Very frustrating. I can live with the practice if I know in advance. Breakfast was mediocre.
