Always satisfied with stays at Hampton Inns.

Liked: Swimming pool; clean rooms.
Disliked: It wasn't necessarily about the hotel but there was nothing around the hotel to do.

Was late for breakfast and a staff member got food for me. Needed a ride to and from First Niagra and was helped with that as well. Room was very clean both days and the location to nearby dining was great!

Liked: Staff; room; breakfast; computer; location.
Disliked: No hot tub.

Liked: The good mornings and greetings with the staff during free breakfast were divine and wholesome. The quietness was welcomed for a relaxing night after a long day on the road.
Disliked: Minor things to me: The cable tv setup could be better, it was mildly annoying at most. Room decor felt dated, but it did the job

Liked: 3rd time staying here. Staff absolutely wonderful..... called on a Sunday to confirm reservation, Bob explained that some time 3rd party bookings came through 24 hours before stay and suggested I call back the next day. We chatted about the weather and the area and I hung up. He called back 5 minutes later saying the confirmation just popped up and wanted to let me know so I didn't have to wait till the next day. This was soooooo very nice of him. breakfast was great, love the hot choices,

Liked: First off only thing I can say about the hotel was that the rooms were clean N the housekeepers were really nice but the staff not quite.The pool was under constructionv N they don't tell nobody until you get there N they always close Bfast early..
Disliked: The fact that they didn't tell you about the pole being under construction on the website's and the lady at front desk was kind of rude when checking in.

Disliked: The staff were horrible and not helpful. They weren't willing to help with my concerns at all. Pretty much told me to go talk to someone else that cares. I talked to a Maggie at the front desk, she had a I dont care attitude, very cold and unfriendly. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay at this hotel.
