When it comes to Hampton...
Liked: Location was not good, not terrible. Breakfast was subpar. No biscuits, no gravy, no bacon, no grits. I would expect real eggs from hampton, not frozen egg patties.
Disliked: First they didn't have our reservation. Do that the counter for 15 minutes before it was located. When I got to the room, card key did not work. Had to stand in the hall for 15 minutes waiting on maintenance. Batteries were dead in the door lock. Replaced batteries. Room was smaller than expected, no mini fridge, no microwave.. ice machine on our floor did not work the night of the stay, nor the next morning. Had to go to the first floor for ice. Also, 50% of the crown molding in the Halls were laying on the floor against the wall. This was the second floor, room 209. I did consider taking photos on my phone but did not think I would have an Avenue for adding.
