The staff was very pleasant and accommodating! The bed was too hard for me. I need an extra soft bed due to back problems and no hotel has them! I would stay at the Hampton Inn again though and bring my own mattress pad or ask if they have any softer beds.
Liked: Very friendly service.
Disliked: Parking.

Disliked: Room 222 has BEDBUGS (collected evidence from bed and body) and they don’t care about it. I came here for the weekend to celebrate my child’s birthday at Hershey park, having to get police called on me for my refund and also sleeping in my car afterwards with 2 kids is the worst experience ever. The hotel manager CLAIR is just as worst due to the fact that in that time of the day ( checked in at 8 left at 12:30am) I was told its nothing she can do because she is in bed sleeping and she get back with me with 24hrs. Well here it is 48 hr later still no response. Having to travel more than 7 hrs to get there and 5 hrs later I’m staying overnight with 2 kids in a parking lot. If you are planning to go to Hershey Park for some fun DO NOT come here to rest it’s unsanitary and it will ruin your fun.

Disliked: Plumbing issues shower floor felt very unlevel and didn't drain while showering, toilet wouldn't go down and sink also wouldn't go down.

Liked: Location was perfect, staff was very helpful, and the sausage gravy delicious.
Disliked: The banging and scraping of chair s or other heavy objects during the night and at 6 AM was very, very, very annoying.
