Horrendous

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: They didn't know if the rooms were clean when I was checking in. The front desk staff went to actually physical look at the room. 2 dirty laundry carts on the floor I was staying on. Garbage outside of multiple rooms. Food was not good at there restaurant

Superb

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. bed was comfortable food and service in restaurant really good.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was very loud, coming on and off through the night making it hard to sleep. Would be good to have an 'off' option for the fan.

Liked: All meals at Franks were excellent. And priced correctly.
Disliked: The bathroom fan in my room 423 was loud.
