Overall disappointed in this hotel.
Liked: Location was ok for my trip
Disliked: Mattresses were very firm, hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast bar was skimpy. Room and facility overall needs TLC. Ceiling cracks showing and furniture wear obvious.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeper checked on us each morning to see if we needed fresh towels, etc. No complaints!
Disliked: Not applicable. Everything was great.

Very upset and still waiting...
Liked: The showers were nice. On site staff was nice.
Disliked: WiFi didn’t work. We came for the heated pool and spa, which the spa was filled in by concrete, but it was not listed on the page as such, and still displays the spa in pictures as working. The pool was absolutely freezing, and not heated at all, and we were told they didn’t turn it on or it might be broken. They weren’t sure. They Said a manager would call but I’ve been waiting 3 days for one.

Not a welcoming experience
Disliked: No where on the website while booking did it state what kind of payments the hotel accepts I know some prefer credit card but most accept debit once I arrive to the hotel after driving for almost 6 hours from Texas I was greeted with we don’t not accept this or this which some I understood but chime is a debit card that receives deposit just like a regular debit account it’s not a prepaid card I was able to figure something out to be able to check it but definitely not a great start. Then get to the room you have a coffee maker but don’t supple coffee seems useless to me and doesn’t intrigue a guest or make someone free welcome. I came to the hotel for a music event went to the event to wake up at 7 something in the morning to someone walking into the room not knock if they did it wasn’t loud enough to hear to yell that someone is still in the room but why so early in the morning when check out isn’t for hours couple hours later I was leave the room housekeeping was still on the floor they so I had bags the quickly ask hey which room I tell them proceed to the elevator another gets off as it opens again ask are you leaving what room. Felt very rush not a good experience at all will not use the hotel for another event
