Liked: Convenient location as far as eateries, and a acbs nearby.
Disliked: Yes, the first room Yat I was offered was not clean. Have a couple pics of dirty areas. The laundry facility was deemed out of order in its entirty.

Disliked: Charging ports and plugs weren't working. Microwave was dirty and messed up. Tub / shower looked like it had mold. Walls and floors are very thin so you can hear everything around you, outside and all.
