Liked: Affordable/cheap room rates. Beware, you get what you pay for.
Disliked: Elevator was broken. Bathroom sink was clogged. Lights in room kitchenette burnt out. Phone in room didn’t work. The stairways were dirty, and many guests were leaving trash bags, laundry, etc. in hallways and stairwells. It was not being cleaned daily. Either because of short staffing, or because of elevator being broken, and nobody wanted to haul things up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. Unclean, unkempt, unmaintained, understaffed.

Liked: The person that checked me in was very kind.
Disliked: I chose this hotel primarily for its complimentary breakfast, but to my disappointment, there was no breakfast offered, and the coffee was already packed up by 9:30 am. Also, the desk chair was disgustingly dirty, making it unthinkable for me to sit on.

Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: They should have shampoo and conditioner in the room. You should not have to request it from the front desk.they should have more than 2 bath size towels in the room

Disliked: they mistake and never provided us correct rooms. we made reservation 2 double bed room x 2 for 3 people, but they provided 1 double bed room x 2 So we requested to change the room cuz 100% their fault, but they just told us it's full and they can't.
