Disliked: There was a homeless couple sleeping outside within the gated areas. I stayed with my dogs so it gave me a fright when I walked past them with their massive dogThe room was dirty, the sink was rusted. The “breakfast” is literally coffee and a prepackaged pastry by the door. There’s one elevator near the lobby, after asking for a room close to a stairwell or the elevator I was placed smack dab in the middle on a second floor which made it difficult with my dogs and carrying all my stuff. Wouldn’t have bothered me but I had requested ground floor at my booking. Trash all over the stairwell and surrounding dumpster. While they accept dogs there are zero stations that provide baggies so there’s poop everywhere People doing shady stuff in their cars within the parking lot.

Liked: The size of the room was nice
Disliked: The bed was horrible it was dipped in the middle and hurt my back.

Liked: Overall it was ok.
Disliked: The floor didn't seem mopped. There was not a coffee maker in the room, and although in the booking it was listed they had breakfast, it was limited to only coffee and muffins/breakfast bars or instant oatmeal packs.

Booking.com dropping the ball

Liked: Very reasonable hotel with accommodating, friendly staff.
Disliked: It took hours for Booking.com to pay the hotel so I literally had to kill hours each day with no compensation or even reply from Booking.com

Disappointed with Booking.com

Liked: Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: The booking through Booking com was a terrible experience that I've never experienced before and I've been feeling with them for 6 yrs and it wasn't ever like this.
