Disliked: I suggest housekeeping be done preferrably every 4 days, and not every 7days.

Liked: No one at the front counter to check in. I had to find another hotel last minute. Customer service couldn’t reach anyone on the property.

Dirty dirty dirty. Stay far...

Liked: The girl at the front desk was friendly and tried her best to help us.
Disliked: The room smelled so badly like human urine. The floors were sticky, the bathroom sink was not clean at all. It was still dirty from the previous guest. The hotel itself looked old and dirty. The elevators smelled like cigarette smoke. There were soany questionable people in and around the hotel. I did not feel safe at all. Everything was bad about this place. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
