Disappointing

Disliked: Room could have had heat on. It was freezing. Hear nothing but arguing from next door. Left within 1/2 hour of stay. Paid for nothing

Disliked: Hotel was full of longterm tenants who caused noise well into the early morning hours. The hotel was not well staffed. The bedding was clean enough but showed signs of wear and permanent stains.

Liked: It was close to the outlets of Lake George and not too far from the town
Disliked: The staff wasn’t friendly when checking in. The room was not very clean. The walls are so thin and there was a door to the adjacent room locked next to the bed so you could hear every noise from next door. The rooms could use a ton of updating and could be better organized
