Overall it was a good...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and I liked that there wasn’t carpet in the room.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was small and the floor was really sticky.

The room was clean but...

Liked: The coffee wad cold and they ran out of pancake mix.when we told the girl that was working she acted like she didn't care.
Disliked: When the people next to us that was in room 107 woke me up st 4:30 am becaude they were arguing I called the front desk and the girl said she would take care of it apparently she didn't because they kept fighting for 3 more hrs.

Disliked: They don't post the complete address as being in Arkansas so when I entered Conway SC in my search engine this motel came up and I booked it. I was in Conway SC trying to find my motel to call and find out it was in Conway AK. I had Reservations for one night and didn't even make it to that motel for that one night but they charged my credit card for two nights. When I called to discuss this with them I ended up speaking with someone with a foreign accent and they still have not refunded my money for the second night. I understand that my reservation could not be canceled at the last minute. But they should list their Motel as Conway Arkansas not just Conway and a zip code. Booking.com does not have a way to pick up that this was not in South Carolina because it's only listed as a zip code. I don't expect to get refunded for the night that I was unable to cancel my reservation but I do expect to get refunded for the second night that I only booked one night at this Motel.

Disliked: Room wasn't clean wasn't offered a new room just cleaning supplies had to clean up used condoms in bathroom sheets were dirty and I was offered no compensation
