Disliked: There was mold on the bathroom walls. Pillows were half full. Key cards for room door kept deactivating itself.

Liked: The room on the first floor was excellent for my needs. It's hard for me to do stairs with my luggage. Everything was great for my needs, It's convenient to have the breakfast room available for the hours they have.

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: I had a broken shower head. I ended up in a handicap room a shower head broke off and water sprayed like a garden hose. It seemed to be broken for a while. The bathroom was very dirty. Most upset about the shower.

Disliked: The coffee maker was broke, the hide-a-bed had no mattress so you couldn't sit down, hot breakfast was suppose to be included and was not

Disliked: The floors were very dirty the ac was broken, the window didn't have a screen and wouldn't open fully to let some fresh air in since it was so hot.
