Very disappointed with housekeeping services. Called front desk several times to have room made up - they never showed. Finally just got towels. Also on checkout we noticed our tire and rim was damaged on the front passenger side. The manager in duty took a picture. There was yellow paint where valet hit the curb. My husband called the following day to discuss with the hotel. They asked if we made a police report. Also they said they reviewed the cameras and they didn't do it. This is a total lie. We did not go anywhere and parked next to the curb.

Everyone was helpful with attention to making sure our stay was good. Would definitely stay there again, mainly because of the friendly staff.

The Crowne was ideally located. The room was comfortable and clean. Small bathroom, but workable. Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff and valet parking!

The Crowne Plaza was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff was polite, considerate and accommodating. The food and wait staff at the hotel's restaurant was excellent! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel during my next visit to Harrisburg.

Liked: The bed did not have fresh linen. The bed was made with the linen from the previous guest. I was mortified.
Disliked: The lack of integrity with the housekeeper that was responsible for my room. The hotel needs renovation it is outdated and dark.

Liked: the location is prime if you’re going to the nars like we were. very good and in the middle of a lot of stuff. walking distance to awesome restaurants and bars!
Disliked: the valet people made us very uncomfortable. they made comments everytime me and my friend went outside. we went to the pub one night and one of th guys made a comment about “helping us back to our rooms”. then when we got back to the hotel he had sent a security friend to attempt to escort us into the room. did not like that at all. our bed had dust mites as well.

Liked: It was clean and the location was great. Checking was easy and staff was extra friendly.
Disliked: The room was so small I felt like I was n a Microtel. Only one (average not obese) person can walk through the room at once without having to step aside to let the other pass. No room for bags. 25 to park, and they tell you after you make reservations. Won’t be back.
