Liked: Easy access off the freeway.Dining Areas nearby.
Disliked: We got there at 8 15 the on site bar/ restaurant closed at 9. By time we checked into our room and rushed down they were closing no exceptions. We could have went somewhere else but we were exhausted. That was the only downfall.

Disappointing overall.

Disliked: Paying for parking in a parking lot you own is RIDICULOUS and not telling us that we would have to pay to park until checking in is a scam. The pillows were awful and staff was not overly friendly.

The facility was nice and...

Liked: The facility was not far from the PC I was visiting.
Disliked: After having to travel on a Sunday for a start-up new business. I was fatigued and slept okay. However after going out to breakfast and returning for a shower and nap. The fire alarm begin to blare and did not stop after 15 minutes. I never got my shower nor nap. And ended up scratching my planned office stop to a separate facility. Because of not getting a shower after my work out.

It was pleasant!

Liked: The staff was friendly and attentive. I would like to give extra compliment to Tim! My power cord fir my MacBook was damaged by the outlet in the room. After coming to the room to check it, he said that he felt bad that it caused my power cord to not work, that he may a way for it to be replaced. Thank you, Tim and Courtyard Statesville
Disliked: Nothing
