Liked: Staff was outstanding. Outdoor areas were clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Location not ideal. Extremely busy with traffic. Not the best option if your plan is to visit downtown Charleston. Shower head was TERRIBLE! Definitely needs attention. Gap around door VERY HIGH. Thermostat did not seem to work properly.

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Bathroom is outdated compared to the rest of the room. The pool area, had rust and water damage, and there were dirty Band-Aids stuck to the wall.

Liked: Pool was nice and friendly staff.
Disliked: The handicap toilet (an accessible room) was lower than others, making it harder to get up. Also, my testicles got wet as the seat was too close to the water!! (If you don’t print this at least tell the hotel).

Liked: Two beds and a sofa bed -- perfect for my 24-year-old son, two grandchildren, and me.
Disliked: No. Good breakfast and nice indoor pool.

Liked: The configuration was great! Convenient location to access points of interest. Easy access.
Disliked: The bathroom was beyond dirty. EVEN for the relative low cost for the room, a guest should never have to ask for soap scum buildup, mold and hair to be cleaned from the tub.
