Disliked: Someone went into my room, even with the sign on the door, that I didn't need any service. I know this because when I got back to my room the door was left open. When I called the front desk, I was told that this happens all the time and that the manager has talked to housekeeping many times but they still go into the rooms. I was supposed to get a call back from the manager regarding this but no one has called me back to update me. Anyone could have gone into my room and taken our things. What is the purpose of the sign if housekeeping isn't going to follow and why are they still working there if they do this all the time?
