Liked: We like the fact that it is just a few minutes to the airport
Disliked: Because the hotel is so close to the freeways we woke up many times during the night from the loud trucks and motorcycles going by at all hours. The bathrooms need updating, especially the toilets which are very low to the floor and uncomfortable for tall people to use.

First and last time staying...

Liked: It was dirty, had hair on bed and bathroom floors.
Disliked: The room smell like urine.

Recommend for the shuttle service...

Liked: Room was bright and clean and good for an overnight stay. Shuttle service to Sanford the next day was very convenient.
Disliked: Breakfast was extremely busy. The hotel was fully booked and there were about 9 tables. People were standing to eat and generally it wasn’t a great experience. This next comment is true of all places we stayed in so it might be a US thing rather than just this property but it was annoying when you aren’t used to it. We booked a room for 5 but we were surprised that the room wasn’t made up for 5 people sleeping. There were two Queen beds and a sofa bed as expected but the bed linen for the sofa bed wasn’t in the room and had to be obtained from reception. With tired kids this is a step I’d preferred to have avoided.
