Liked: Very close to I 75 great location !!
Disliked: The room showed that there would be a chair with an ottoman. There was chair, but no ottoman, and I have to sleep in a chair, not a bed very disappointed when staff could not locate another ottoman.

Disliked: The air didn’t work in our room and it was HOT!

Liked: I liked how big the room was and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The pool needs more and better towels. The pool also needs maintenance. The breakfast was okay, but the sausage wasn’t kept warm or fully cooked. Thicker plates needed as well. They also need a curfew for guests as someone was playing in the hall passed midnight. Rooms need maintenance as well as there is chipping paint and dirty walls as well as ceiling.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The room was pretty dirty. My kids found beer bottle caps on the floor. The pull out couch had a bunch of stains on the mattress that looked like poop and/or blood. The hallways smelled terrible and they were doing construction on our hallway. You could tell the room was not vacuumed or even wiped down. It was overall a pretty uncomfortable stay. For the price I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We are on our way to Florida and I’m paying the same price to stay at a 4 star resort for 4 days. Which is ridiculous for the quality of this hotel. The staff was nice which is why they get a 2. Without the staff this review would have been a 0.

Liked: Conveniently located right off I75. Very clean and comfortable bed. Nicely updated. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Only complaint is the room we stayed in was adjacent to I75 and it was very noisy as you could hear all the cars going by.

I would say it was...

Liked: Easy to find, ease of check in and check out, price, bed and pillows were fairly comfy.
Disliked: Close to the interstate so hear a lot of traffic especially in the morning. There were stains in the shower and random dark brown stains on ceiling in different spots.
