Disliked: The hot tub was down for maintenance and the breakfast was absolutely awful. Disgusting eggs and tough sausages. Didnt even have the waffle maker available.

Liked: Breakfast was ok
Disliked: You guys need to have more people to clean the rooms and do the beds and take.all the trash from the garbage cans from all over the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay, many...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious! Food was great, items that should be hot were and cold as well.
Disliked: This is nothing against Comfort Inn it was my fault that we didn't have a handicap room. I failed my spouse by not requesting a handicap room.

My confirmed reservation was canceled...

Liked: Nothing, my confirmed reservation was canceled a couple of hours before my confirmed arrival time. I was on the road when they called. Camp Verde is in the middle of nowhere so this was bad.

Nice place but not all...

Liked: The checkin staff were very professional.
Disliked: The breakfast lady was really bad. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6 am and she told us we couldn't even be in the seating area for a cup of coffee for another 25 min when breakfast would be ready. She was nasty about it. She needs to go. No friendly customer service from her.
