Clun Quarters Times Square

Liked: Comfortable room and all facilities fine. Excellent location and helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: I would have liked a larger window as the room was rather dark and always needed the lights on when intue room.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, and the coffee and tea service. Staff was pleasant as well.
Disliked: Really nothing. Maybe if they had food service it would be nice.

Disliked: Really expensive (but that’s what you get in NYC!)No option for breakfast in the hotelWhen it rained, the air ventilation machine was extremely loud, making it very difficult to sleep. Luckily it only rained one of the nights we were there, but it would have been a way bigger problem if it happened every night

Liked: The staff were very friendly! Bed was super comfy. The shower was great. The room was fairly clean. The gym was a great addition, but very small and isolated.
Disliked: Check in was very late. My deposit is STILL not back yet (even if it's over 2 weeks later). The location was central but not very public transport accessible, meaning very expensive via cabs/uber. The room was oddly very small and the stay was expensive!!!!

Liked: You have tea and coffee all day long in the hotel lobby. Nice room, larger than expected and really clean.
Disliked: Everything OK. No breakfast.
