Bathroom ceiling had water stains; grout was starting to mold; bottom of tub was dingy and grey; stains on comforters; volume on TV didn't work; bar service was lacking; receptionist wasn't wearing a uniform - it looked more like pajamas.

Liked: Relatively cheap for what you get.
Disliked: Maintenance issues and poor staffing.

Liked: Location was good, being next 494.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the walls, counter tops, and tv remote all needed cleaning inside of our room (#222). The ceiling tiles in the bathroom needed fixing. We stayed two nights. There was not enough coffee placed in our room for brewing the first morning (for the three of us) staying there. The front desk also had very little coffee in stock for us to take up to/ make in our room, and the room's supply of coffee and cups hadn't been restocked for our second morning there.

Disliked: When I first arrived was given the keys to the wrong room. Then a room right by the elevators like I asked not to have. In room 214. The bathroom ceiling is falling down. The outlets were outdated. One USB outlet in the room. and mismatching beds.

Liked: As advertised, I would have liked the amenities provided and locat I on, but it was nothing like the description provided.
Disliked: Room was missing several items, had to be switched to a new room, was never provided with where to find wifi password, require guests to enter through back door after a certain hour, but no lights in that parking lot & in what feels like an unsafe area

Disliked: Smell of drug on the entrance and other rm
