Disappointed

Disliked: recliner was broken, the drapes were missing in the main room, room smelled of wet carpet/dog, the bed was barely on the frame, the hallways were partially blocked with hampers holding trash and one with linen, the front desk was unmanned often with a sign stating that they would be back soon (out smoking).

Disliked: Arrived on Saturday, April 13th for my reservation. Was told that I did not have a reservation, and there were no rooms available! Was in Richmond with NO hotel room. High priced, no customer service!!!!

Exceptional

Enjoyable and money well spent

Liked: Location was quiet with access to many businesses for food and drinks and leisure activities such as nails and hair salons!
Disliked: Needed breakfast buffet

The stay was OK at...

Liked: The room is very spacious and clean
Disliked: They let trash bags pile up in hallways causing the whole floor to stink . It smells horrible as soon as you step off the elevator. Staff is very difficult, a lot of times no one was at the desk. Snack room is never stocked. Laundry room has multiple machines out of order. House keeping is not frequent enough.

Stay away from this hotel...

Disliked: Stay away from this property if you have a pet, we just got charged $50.00 US for a one night stay ! Unbelievable! We will never book with this hotel chain again.

Bad

Liked: Awesome manager, nice people at the desk!But the room was very, very dirty, the sheets was dirty, the carpet is awful, the bathroom is disgusting,toilets are yellow and the room is smell like pee and weed with cigarettes and alcohol!!!
Disliked: Besides the manager and people at the desk everything is awful!This is an insult for the people!I paid 550$ for 3 nights!
