Kind staff, nice room, decent...

Liked: Staff was able to accommodate my request for an easy access ground floor room. They were kind and very helpful with my questions and went above my expectations for my needs.
Disliked: I have this complaint with all hotels but it's noisy. You can hear traffic, car and room doors closing very loudly. There's a loud "booosh" every time my upstairs neighbor flushed. This is typical of every hotel I've had so not unique to this one.

Disliked: Parking, our room was on the second floor.

Disliked: Multiple families exchanging rooms during day and evening. This appeared to be a homeless shelter for immigrants. That’s fine if the hotel wishes to use its facilities in this way, however quest should be told in advance as parking is a giant problem at this location. While stated 1 vehicle per room, the manager informed us they allow more than 1. The bathroom has mold and dirt around shower and floor.

Disliked: Location is in one of the busiest parts of town, so traffic noise inevitable. Ear plugs while sleeping. Price seemed high.

Liked: King. Bed with a kitchenette was such a blessing and comfort for my dog and cat,and us,too.
Disliked: At times, upstairs noise was a bit of a problem.

Liked: Excellent food, very kind frondesk and delicious breakfast! Kudos to ALL Staff
Disliked: Room rate is higher than we started staying for work in Nov 2023
