Liked: Good location for our purpose. A decent mall close by. Good access to Houston Freeway system.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor - the scrambled eggs were rubbery and the hash browns were soggy. The omelettes were OK if you could get the cook out of the back room.

Disliked: The staff was very rude!!! Very very racist!! No breakfast available… No pool or gym available… ice machines need the filters cleaned… found traces of the previous guest in my room. They charge extra if you have visitors to your room. The guy at the front desk thought he could treat American women the way they treat women in their country and he got a rude awakening… Police were called. Never again!! If eggs weren’t so expensive right now I’d buy a million of them and eggs this place!!

Disliked: They ripped me off! I went several times to the front desk yet they would not help me, the manager or owner told me he would call me back but never did, my double charge was never returned. Supposedly $100 was a security deposit charge but they charged $441.00 I had very little money to eat after that, I was there for a family emergency , they practically cleaned me out! I was charged by the hotel, and booking.com. The hotel itself was extremely noisy, the walls were paper thin, you could hear everything in the hallway and other rooms , the club across the street was pounding its music and it was like we were at the club , we didn’t sleep till 3am everyday cause of the noise , the plumbing was really bad and the pool was all moldy and not in service. The value is outrageous and ridiculous for this hotel! If they are going to charge these outrageous prices, at least let people checkout at 12! Again beware and check your bank balances if you don’t they might pull a fast one on you. “ you don’t even amount to a 2 star hotel in my opinion “
