Breakfast was lacking

Liked: The room, location, indoor pool and hot tub and the shower in the room was EXCELLENT. The facility was well kept.
Disliked: The breakfast was 6-10. We came down around 930 and most everything was gone and was not refilled. No staff came to check on what was needed. If you advertise 6-10, it should be completely stocked until 10.

Liked: It is located centrally, it has a pool, and it served a decent complementary breakfast.
Disliked: Our room had no AC, or it was regulated. It was 75° outside during our stay and sunny. Our room was on 3rd floor and felt like a sauna. To top it off, they had the heat on 75° when we entered the room (why?). We attempted to cool it off but the thermostat wouldn't budge or kick in. The staff had no idea how to handle the situation and told us to basically deal with it or pay for another room. We were miserable all night. The next day we left to meet with family. When returning to our room staff had came in and turned it down to 72°, magically they knew how to adjust it to get it to work??? If I pay for a hotel room I don't want it regulated nor do I want to be miserable. And the way they handled it was unprofessional. Also, the refrigerator didn't work and wouldn't get cold. We were given one roll of toilet paper for 6 people for 3 days, most hotels give you a small thing of hand soap or sample toiletries... there was none. I had stayed here in the past and it was amazing, not sure what happened.

Good stay for the $$$.

Liked: Clean, roomy & convenient to St Michael’s.
Disliked: Limited toiletries & no “glass” glasses. No corkscrew
