Liked: Beds were comfortable. The room appeared clean.
Disliked: There was an error in the room type sent from Booking to the hotel. Even though I showed them what I had reserved, they were not willing to issue the room I had reserved. When I got to the room, there was a sofa bed as part of the room but no sheets. I called to the front desk to request the sheets and I was told I was not supposed to be using the hide a bed so I could not get sheets even though this was the type of room I had paid for. I also would not have been able to use the hide a bed because when I pulled it out, it was broken and there was a big stain on the mattress that appeared to be blood.
