The staff was very courteous; room was clean and there were adequate pillows, but the bed was like sleeping on a board. The bathroom was very tiny and it was irritating to have the headlights from the traffic in the parking lot coming and going all night long flashing through the curtains. All in all it was a comfortable stay for one night.

Liked: When I visit Lynchburg this is the hotel that I book all the time. The staff is great, they greeted me when I checked in and in the mornings when I got breakfast.
Disliked: The only thing that annoys me about this hotel is the size of the beds they have in the rooms. I travel with kids so any other room options aren't it. The double beds are way too small for grown adults. Me and my husband had to sleep on different beds because we simply didn't fit on one double bed. We're average size. They're super uncomfortable too.

Disliked: Mold in the shower tiles and ceiling. Toilet small enough for a preschooler. Cigarette ashes in floor of bathroom . Non smoking room it wasn't from the smell.
