Liked: Everything was average.
Disliked: TV was small and the remote hardly worked but we did not watch much TV. Keycards had to be reprogrammed twice.

Liked: Clean room; courteous staff; easy to get to venue via Uber.

Too expensive for just a room. Ice machines didn't work; the vending machines for beverages were empty and according to staff had been for two weeks. Only had half of the breakfast items available.

Disliked: Vending machines empty; ice machines didn't work; breakfast was only half available. For the price of this hotel I was very disappointed and will not stay again!

Liked: Room was clean. Sean at the front desk was wonderful!
Disliked: Wireless did not work in the room. When we turned on the heat, it smelled like burning hair, and dead things. Maybe the filter needed to be changed. It was early fall.

Bad

Disliked: The desk clerk named Danny yelled at me he was heard all the way down the hall to the pool. This person had know business work, any job that deals with the public

Good rooms, poor service

Liked: Rooms were clean and updated.
Disliked: The gentleman working the evening shift at the desk was extremely rude to the point of yelling at not only my party but others as well. The tile around the pool was extremely slippery when wet.

Disliked: I was not told anything about breakfast, went to have breakfast hardly anything left & almost over. Front desk lady was kind of rude

Liked: It was close to where I needed to go.
Disliked: Guest service was the rudest that I’ve ever experienced. Not only to myself but those around me as well. A older women with a walker and oxygen arrived at the front desk when I was checking in to explain that she had lost her room key and could she get a new one. The front desk staff asked her where she’d been then if she didn’t have her key because he hadn’t seen her in quite sometimes. I was in awe at the display in front of me!My room was filthy to the point of fecal matter on the toilet and urine on the floor. The shower ran constantly. Yes ran! When we shut the door and could still hear it. Also was promised a rollaway and bedding that I didn’t receive. When asked I was told NEITHER WERE AVAILABLE. Yes that is correct I was told that there was not an extra pillow or blanket available on property!Breakfast is not as described on website nor are other amenities right down to the iron in the room. It appeared to have been dropped from the roof . The manager did nothing to ease these inconveniences at hand or the insistent barking dog. I was told to “ contact booking dot com” . I understand things happen. We stay in hotels monthly due to my son’s dance schedule but this was on a whole different level of disrespect and discomfort.

Liked: Quick check in. Availability on late notice. Large pool area.
Disliked: Rooms, pool, and lobby not clean. Breakfast was not stocked and had cereal, waffles and baked goods. No protein options. Pool never had towels available. It had the same muddy foot prints around the pool deck.
