Liked: I made my reservation online and confirmed it, but it was canceled not even two hours later. I called the property, and they could not tell me why it was canceled. They told me to go online and redo my reservation. When I tried to do that, the room rate increased. I did not think it was right for me to lose my reservation AND have to pay an increased price, so I decided to skip it and go to another hotel. I'm glad I didn't stay here. Poor customer service.

Disliked: Every towel in my room was stained. The door had a large stain on it as well. The room smelled like cigarettes and there was a cup of cigarette butts right outside it.

Liked: I liked the value I received for the price.
Disliked: The night manager was rude, ignored direct question, looked disgusted to be there. I also left a temperpedic pillow in the room and called the next day. The guy (I think his name was Brandon) told me he would check and to call back tomorrow. I did and he told me the cleaning crew didn't report or turn in a temperpedic pillow from room 107 where I stayed.
