Liked: The staff was extremely friendly. They were super helpful when we had questions or requests. The breakfast was better than we expected, not anything outstanding, but not dried up barely edible stuff like many hotels. Our room and the common areas of the hotel were all very clean.
Disliked: The common areas of the hotel were hot. There were no elevators. Our room had a tub instead of a walk in shower. I don't know how we would have managed if one of us were injured and had mobility issues.

Liked: It is family owned and run. The owners are very caring, very hands on! They are there 24 hours a day. The housekeeping staff couldn't be better! Everyone was very accommodating!
Disliked: Although the fitness equipment is top notch, I would've like to have had more choices.
