Liked: Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
Disliked: My room was filthy, it smelled so bad of old cigarette smoke I went to Walmart and purchased a candle, some baking soda and clorox wipes to clean. The pillows were so weird I bought two new ones and the mattresses so old, I had to try both beds. I had suffered a really stressful, weather related drive from Gardiner, MT. I would have asked to be moved, but had already moved once because of a crying baby next door and was too exhausted to deal with moving rooms. On top of that, I was forced to stay another night because of weather and they charged me $20 more for the same room, I guess because I didn't book online, but at the front desk. I considered moving hotels, but by the time I spent an hour or so cleaning, the room was tolerable. My daughter works in the hotel industry in sales and was furious with me for not taking care of my concerns and either moving rooms or hotels. I wasn't going to post a negative review until you kept asking.

Very accommodating and friendly staff.

Liked: Awesome front desk worker. The gentlemen was very kind and went out of his way to accommodate us. We were traveling with 3 kids. He helped set up an extra cot for one of them.
Disliked: The front deal employee.
