Disliked: The room we originally booked wasn't available. They then tried to accommodate us by offering us a different room which was filled with nats. So we had to switch room's again. While settling in for bed a little after 11pm we hear a knock on our room door. Upon getting up to go check to see who was at the door our room door started to come open. Thankfully my husband had latch the top of the door. I hurried & shut it back. The guy states he was doing room checks which seemed suspicious at that time of night. Upon calling the front desk the clerk states she had him doing room checks. Never have I ever stayed at a hotel that does room checks at 11pm at night. I expressed to her I felt unsafe because of it. There was a party in the lobby the following night. Music was blasting. What a horrible experience! We decided to check out a day early because of it.

Disliked: They didnt have one of my rooms. The whole place smells like mildew. Staff are laying down in the lobby, maintence had to walk us through a floor that was closed off and not supposed to be booked because of plumbing flooding everywhere but yall didnt have my second hotel room so he found us one on the 7th floor that wasnt flooded and my mother in law stayed in there. The breakfast is terrible. We didnt even stay our second night. We preferred to drive 9 hours home than stay there a second night.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. Some of the staff tried to help with some of the issues we experienced
Disliked: The website description was misleading. The buffet was awful. The coffee maker nor the refrigerator did not work properly, and there was no housekeeping for the entire time we were there.
