Definitely recommended for NYC stay!

Liked: Great location; friendly staff; clean and spacious room size for New York City (we got a deluxe 2 double bed room).
Disliked: Could use a little bit more "counter space" to put things on, like a wider bedside table with drawers.

Impressed with the environment friendly efforts and the power switch run with the key card.

Liked: Beautiful, contemporary room.
Disliked: Continental breakfast wasn't included.

Disliked: Nobody mentioned there was building work going on and scaffolding outside the windows. We had men looking in through our window from the scaffolding and they left their lunch wrapper on the window ledge

Liked: Very close to everything including Times Square! Short walk to many iconic landmarks and fairly quiet at night. Perfect for a couple staying in New York for a few days
Disliked: Staff probably could have been a bit friendlier

Perfect location and very comfortable...

Liked: Location was perfect within waking distance of Time Square, Staff extremely helpful ( Jeff on the door was fantastic ) Room was perfect and the cleaner came every day and left bottles of water.
Disliked: Having to go to the lobby each morning for coffee/tea
