Liked: Toilet had urine and hair on The seat. Hotel room floors looked dirty. That was disgusting and looked like it was remade instead of stripped. Stains And make up we're on the pillows as Well as other things like crumbs under the blankets. Pretty much had to clean room ourselves before we even unpacked.
Disliked: Room was dirty. Called to get new linens and they were like what do you want. They bagged up new linens and tossed then on the chair in our sweet. But what was surprising is no concern. Like its something they get all the time. Hair and bobby pin was under pillow s

Liked: The room and lobby where both clean- the room was spacious. privacy was not a problem.
Disliked: The spa tub was not clean- we had to clean it before use- the main reason we picked this htoel was for the spa tub in the room- unfortunatly- this did not meet our expectations- the water did not get hot enough- it was a dissappointment for sure- Breakfast was very slim pickings-

We unfortunately forgot our wallet...

Liked: The location and convenience of a restaurant right next door. The lady at the reception desk was pleasant.
Disliked: Granted we went for the 2024 total eclipse in Plattsburgh when there was high demand but we paid an absolutely exorbitant price for one night in a room with broken lamps and lights, and filthy furniture.

Poor

Liked: The location. The check-in was fine and the clerk was very pleasant. He was doing the best he could. I am sure he knew the quality of this hotel was poor. The continental breakfast was "ok".
Disliked: TV did not work properly. Bed linen had old stains. Refrigerator looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Had to keep door to frig closed or it stunk up the whole room. It was unusable. I will never go back to this place again.
