Liked: Random thoughts: I enjoyed staying in the cottage. Starbucks coffee in the lounge was fine. The coffee shop Delta of Venus across the street even better. Bed was fine with pillows of assorted firmness levels (necessary!) and I loved the jacuzzi tub. Nice fluffy towels, an efficient two-zone heating system. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was fabulous—walking distance to all of downtown Davis. I had a great time sitting on the patio when the weather warmed up.
Disliked: My son could only stay one night on the pull out couch. The mattress was way too thin and hard on his back. Everything else was fine.

Disliked: Excellent room, excellent staff, but uncomfortable beds and uncomfortable pillows. Even if we had brought our own pillows, the two queen beds were both sinking/saggy. :-(
