Disliked: Just stay away from this place !!! If you want relaxing spa weekend you won’t get it. The whole place feels like a ghost town . It’s huge and uninviting. stuff seems like they are annoyed by all guests . We arrived on a Friday night and they leisurely tell that pool is closed and it won’t be open and they can’t do anything about it Not a hint of wanting to sound apologetic . Next morning the elevator was broken , we couldn’t find our way from the gym up to the lobby .When asked one of the employees .. they shook their shoulders and said they don’t know where fire stairs are!!!!!! I came toRelax but got the opposite . WillNever come back to this place ..It’s a joke in the middleOf nowhere not a wellness center .

Disliked: so the description of this room on booking.com is not the actual room you get when you stay. my fiancé and I arrived to our double room and we see another door in our room... we open the door thinking its our other room(being it said double room on confirmation) but on the other side of the door was another guests room!!! so uncomfortable to have another door connecting rooms! it also said a patio... there is no patio in the room we had. We asked for a new room, they said they were at full capacity. once I called booking.com and asked for a refund all the sudden they can find another room for us. at that point I already was getting the refund processed, so we didn't stay here.

Mix feelings.

Liked: Location, cleanliness , pool, sauna
Disliked: Room very cold, did not clean it have to ask few times to clean the room. Different people at front desk telling different times when pool opens. If you 30 minutes late for check out they charge you $ 100

Our stay was disappointing -...

Disliked: Swimming pool and jacuzzi were freezing cold, so we could not use them. Fresh juices ($16 a shot) were not part of included breakfast. Lunch and dinner ($50/$60) were pre-fixed only, no ‘a la carte’. The only walking trail was just 0.5 mile long. Monday’s yoga instructor was mediocre, offering just basic stretches and checking her phone throughout the class. The rest of Monday classes were canceled.
