Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

Would have asked to have room changed immediately but we had a difficult time finding rooms on-line and since we were only staying one night decided to stick with the room. Did not report the mold right away because we knew there was nothing that could be done. All hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. Because staff had no knowledge of room conditions probably would not recommend it to friends.

Liked: Food in The Marker was excellent. Front desk management was apologetic. Reservation details went smoothly.
Disliked: Carpeting in room had cigarette burn marks and multiple stains. We were uncomfortable walking on it in bare feet. Bathroom ceiling was very moldy over shower and toilet area. Management claimed no one had mentioned these problems before. Housekeeping that didn't report these problems makes me worry about what we couldn't see.

Liked: The lobby and Starbucks. Our room was not only a nice size but was also clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator was slow and there were only 2 working.

Stay was great, but one...

Liked: Property was clean and the room I originally purchased was upgraded to a bigger room with no extra charge to me.
Disliked: There was a convention on the weekend that I was there and there was one working elevator near the lobby with the other two next to it not working.

Will stay again.

Liked: Room was large. Very clean. Rep and check in was so friendly.
Disliked: Not all elevators were working. A lot of waiting when events at the convention let out or you took the stairs.

Liked: It was convenient being that the event I was attending was in the same building. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing to complain really since I was aware they where still working on improvements. The Elevators where slow but for a reason.

Disliked: Elevators were not working, had to walk to the back of the building to get to other set of elevators, ice makers not working, expensive for what it was.

Disliked: The room/bathroom was small. Couldn't find an ice machine .
