Good hotel, but restaurant and...

Liked: Staff very friendly. Easy check in and out.
Disliked: Food and drinks were very expensive.

Clean & convenient

Liked: I like that it was close to the airport and they had a shuttle for quick transport. I chose it cause it had a hot tub and pool. The food at the restaurant was very good too.
Disliked: The bed was too soft for my boyfriend and I who are use to a firmer mattress, but we still slept ok.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean and accommodating. All the perks. Staff were friendly. Great stay.
Disliked: Pillows were terrible...to thick, not enough give. We were not staying because we needed the airport, so a bit out of the way. Once we found it, it was great.

Beautiful

Liked: Love the water stations. The nespresso machine in the room.
Disliked: I had to leave.

Located very close to Calgary...

Liked: Fresh! Clean! Comfortable bed!
Disliked: As an overseas’ traveler, I didn’t know how far out of town it was. My bad - I should have checked this. Lucky I had a rental car!

Disliked: After travelling for 5 hours to head to Calgary, arriving around 11:30pm with my toddler, they wouldn't allow us to stay as I didn't have my credit card on me at the time (I booked online no problem). So they denied me and my toddler, who fell asleep on their lobby couch. They asked if i can call someone close to midnight, and I denied as I came to surprise my family for my mom's birthday. I was tired, I had my toddler sleeping, and they wouldn't work with me to stay just for the night. I asked them "what do you expect me to do, sleep in my car?", they shrugged their shoulders and said " I guess". Needless to say, I will NEVER go back or book with Mod11 due to the staff. So I called to the hotel next door, booked the weekend, cheaper cost, and better accommodating staff !!
