I never stayed there because...

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: I did my booking on Booking.com. I went to check in about 10 minutes after I made the reservation, there was one of the desk. I spoke to other people in the reception area, and they have been waiting for over an hour to check in. They had called the desk and no answer. They rang the bell and no answer. When the person finally came down to the desk, I have been waiting for over a half hour and the person that have been waiting for over an hour and a half to check in. The woman on duty has said she had been there for over 18 hours working by herself, she was the only one there. I asked for a discount as I waited for a long time and I was told no and then I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager on duty. She then reminded me that she apologizes for the long way, and that she would not give me a discount. it was a general question for a good customer service for a long week. And I thought it was a fair question. And she gave me attitude when I asked about a discount. And the general manager said that would’ve been the same thing. She then asked me to leave as I was giving her too much trouble. I asked for a corporate number and she was not too happy with me I was very polite. I was not rude I did not yell scream.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: It was filthy, it was dog hair all over the room. The wall next to the kitchen had ketchup on the wall. There was hair in the tub. You can tell the room had not been swept or mopped in awhile.
