It was cool for work...

Liked: Wouldn’t know.
Disliked: Cancelled my reservation 30 minutes before check-in, apparently had rooms listed even though being completely booked.Staff did not assist in any form of recommendation towards another local hotel in or out of network and promptly hung up on me.
