Disliked: Yes, I wanted thank you guys for let me stayed at your place,.was pretty clean and don't smell bad or cigarrete, but one thing need to fix and I don't if was working or not, the cook top was not working that day, one of the reason is because has cook top I like to cook and in case that stayed again I can buy some to cook or reheat

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Too many homeless people roaming in and out. The drugs being done in the hallways. Everything was broken. Roaches everywhere. Complained about other people and how loud they were and nothing was done.

Worst experience ever

Liked: Place was infested of roaches immediately called the receptionist and she said that nothing could be done. I requested a refund because there was no way I would sleep in a place like that and she rudely said to call back and wished me luck on that …

Liked: It’s the people who make it ghetto. The staff was unpredictable you never knew what kind of mood they be in . I felt more like I was walking on egg shells

Disliked: Office opens late No towels only the ones that were there to start with.We used our own towels.No trash bags, we had to take our own trash out.Ran out of hot water for a day.Management not friendly Poor service.

Disliked: The staff was absolutely horrible!!!! Veryy rude… no manager on site .. staff lied constantly about the manager being there I. The morning. I had a room with no working tv, workers said she had no authority to do anything about it. I called customer relations, they called the hotel and asked for a room change. They refused. So I am from out of town taking a little vacation and relaxation. We had to sit there in the quiet with no tv. That is not relaxing. I paid good money to be able to enjoy myself. I was told the manager would be theee this morning to hear my concerns and a possible solution but lo and behold, a no show and no one at the desk at check out. Wouldn’t answer the phone either. No room service or towel changes

Disliked: Trash……don’t waste your time booking this hotel. I checked in and 5 min later checked out. I don’t care loosing my money because it was not refundable but I will not put my family in a dirty, smelly , ghetto, uncomfortable place. As soon as as you enter it smells like marijuana. Don’t recommend it guys. AT ALL!!!
