Disliked: Still working on building back door does not work very inconvenient

Liked: Staff horrible. Very nasty attitude. I booked a queen bed and was giving a twin. Manager told me that I would get a queen bed but never received it and I stayed there for an entire week.
Disliked: Too much to name. But one thing for sure I'll never come back.

Liked: Staff was friendly but very unbothered as to the customer needs.
Disliked: I didn’t like that if you ask for a full clean it wasn’t done. You have to take your old towels down to front desk to get new & we’re limited only four. There were no phones to call down to front desk if you needed something, no hygiene things like tooth paste, mouth wash, or shampoo, beds & pillows were old made squeaking noise when moving in the bed & very uncomfortable, no pots, pans dishes or silverware for guest to use in the kitchenette, no iron, no blow dryer. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had & will never stay again, also definitely won’t recommend anyone else to stay at your facility.

Liked: Refrigerator was in the middle of the room right when you come in the door . Trashcans were in the bath dubs filled with water & there was no shower curtains.
