Very accomodating. Very clean property....

Liked: Very clean and great location.
Disliked: Handicapped shower was very slippery and lip on shower not high enough to keep the water from going onto the floor. The night person at the front desk was great at check in. The morning person was not. I also got overcharged by $60 from what was a guaranteed booking rate through Booking.com - how did That happen??

Liked: I forgot to get milk for my toddler and the staff gave me more than enough.
Disliked: The tv didn’t work, there was urine in the toilet when we arrived. Only one waffle maker worked during breakfast

Disliked: Breakfast was very, very limited selection in the hot food and the quality of the food was poor. Temperature of the room was very difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. The elevators were very jumpy. While taking my shower I found out that the body wash bottle was empty.
