Liked: Ambiance of the whole hotel, staff, music, food and drinks!
Disliked: The toilet seat comes apart when raising and closing it. This isn’t the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel and was in different rooms that did the same thing.

Liked: The location is close to Metro and bus station, very easy to get around with public transport. Joselei is really nice and helpful. I asked for a quiet room, I can see they tried their best for this. The AC is not so loud. There are some shops nearby.
Disliked: The hotel is close to the railway, if you are a light sleeper, this can be a problem. They did not clean the room until I asked them to vacuum clean, because I could see a lot of dust on the floor and the surface. The breakfast was poor, otherwise I could rate a 9 for my stay. The elevator makes "ding-ding" sound in the night, which is not so good for sleeping. I believe they could remove this sound.
