Liked: Very convenient to everything we needed. Easy check in and out process. Clean facilities. Would definitely use this place again for next trip.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about

Liked: The young man at the front counter was delightful and courteous. The housekeeper I engaged with was efficient and got me what I needed.It looks like they are trying to make improvements, but the improvements they are making, are not the ones most needed.
Disliked: No exaggeration, the walls are so thin that we could hear the snoring in the room next door. We heard the tv. We heard other things that I don't want to mention but I didn't want to hear. Like most people, we just needed a place to sleep and clean up. But we did not get much sleep.There was insufficient parking, especially if you drive a pickup. The keurig did not work right. It seemed to take a second button push to get the water into the cup. We have a keurig. We know how they work. This must be different somehow. If so, maybe directions? Maybe just a bad pot that needs replacing.Oh, I forgot...we had spiders. Ick.

Disliked: If it’s busy, you’ll hear a lot of other guest noise. Especially if you are on one of the lower floors. ***bring earplugs.

Liked: Location was great, I loved the check in procedure, clean, safe, comfortable…overall it was a very nice place and I’d stay again. It’s basic, but provides everything you need.
