Liked: Location was good, rooms were spacious , staff was helpful .
Disliked: Rooms need updating, ( even new bedding, shower curtains , & some furniture would go a long ways)

Liked: Quiet. Beautiful area with golf course
Disliked: Workout room very small. Furniture, kitchen and bath are dated.

Liked: The bathtub was my favorite part. The room was a bit small but the tub totally made up for it!

Disliked: Absolutely. The bed bugs and management lying about accommodating me for having the experience of having to sleep/slept in a room and bed with bed bugs. I ended up with extra bills due to bed bugs and this resort cleanliness. Stay at your own risk

Liked: The architecture
Disliked: Room could use an upgrade, Im disabled so they put me as far as they could from everything. Angelos dining (I ordered one entree for 2 persons and was not allowed to take my leftovers to my room. Room service good but additional pesos.

Disliked: We were on the second floor AMF my sister struggled south the steps because there is no elevator!!

Very good

Liked: Westgate does a great job of making you feel comfortable during your stay. The room was spacious, and all of the furniture was comfortable. We really love their beds.
