Superb stay at Southport Waterfront...

Liked: The hotel was lovely , great car parking facility and staff were efficient and very pleasant.
Disliked: We had requested a room with walk in shower. Room great and so was bathroom except each time shower was used it was flooded. Maybe you should consider longer shower curtains. It really was a pain as we had to use towels to mop up and it felt unsafe for me as I have balance issues and can easily fall particularly on a set slippery surface

Overall a lovely first time...

Liked: Location..hotel..staff..cleanliness..affordability
Disliked: breakfast on first morning chaotic with guests waiting around for plates and hot food items. Also lack of some items of cutlery on table...busy times require more staff on duty especially being a bank holiday weekend..staff did their best and helpful when needed. Car parking spaces a good size but have to say paying for car parking whilst a paying guest feel is unfair especially when the car park is the hotels.

Liked: Great location, secure parking, hotel was modern and contemporary, really comfortable surroundings. Outside seating/sundeck is fabulous for a relaxing afternoon

Liked: Loved the comfy bed. Location was perfect. Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: We asked reception for milk and sugar as we had none left. She gave us milk and said night staff would bring up sugar as she couldn't see any. Gave oom number but no one came. I waited 2 hours and gave up and went sleep.

Liked: We are regulars here. The hotel is a really relaxing place to be. Great decor and friendly staff
Disliked: Usually nothing but on our last stay the bar/ restaurant was short staffed. The staff there seemed stressed and annoyed. Also we had problems with the air con/heating in both rooms as we were upgraded. The reception manager Rhonda was very very helpful and upgraded us after we complained about a few things.
