Liked: The room is comfortable for 3 person. Equipped with mini kitchen. The location is actually strategic if they use the correct map.
Disliked: Wrong location on the map even the name of the place is changed without updating in booking.com. Have to find it by asking around which is so inconvenient. Stated that fridge available, very small tiny micro fridge is there and non functional. To enter the building need to download apps and use phone.we had experience when the internet got leaked since the night before it was unresolved till next day afternoon. We were stuck outside since 8-12 noon. The toilet seat os broken when we arrived they said they will come and check but for 7 days nobody come or even contacted us for it. The shower handle is loose and shower head is broken.

Cute boutique hotel with great...

Liked: My room was a great size for solo traveler. The bed was large enough and comfortable, the bathroom has great lighting and plenty of room. The coffee/tea amenities were enough for me. The hotel is mid block but if you walk to your left and make a left you are across from a Tesco for late night snacks. My view was a wooded area which was ok. The hotel decor was artistic and bright. I love the lock system for the building and room locks. I felt very safe. I had a room issue for one of our friends but it was satisfactorily resolved the next day. The area is quiet and peaceful. The whole stay was delightful and I promised I will come back again.
Disliked: The fridge is entirely too small but then again, we're not moving in...

Good location, modern place.

Liked: It’s near the station and other shops/restos! Also near the bus stop. Cozy and modern place.
Disliked: They should have a new and clean fan. It’s not always cold during the time when i went there so i needed the fan. I hope the management will invest on this.

complicated booking system

Liked: Location, cleanliness
Disliked: The most complicated booking system if you have booked more than one room. we booked 2 rooms for the family but ended up in 2 different floorsNo air conditioning was a major issue for the few days we stayed.

Very good

Liked: I like the interior and the view
Disliked: The small sink and that the entry was close to the bed, I would have preferred having the bed not close to the entrance.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was excellent, comfortable and clean. The location is just perfect, it is next to a Tesco, lots of bars and restaurants and an underground station as well. My husband and I would recommend it to anyone! :)
Disliked: We did not have hot water on the very last day of our stay, but it was not a big problem. We loved the place anyway.
