Good value for money
Liked: Friendly staff with a great view. Surrounding areas are attractive in a great city. The room was clean and bed very comfortable

Very good
Liked: The location of the hotel was good and the staff was very friendly. It was a nice place to stay with a dog. I was able to take my dog to the bar on the ground floor for having dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: The bedding was clean but old.

Liked: Close to all amenities Breakfast was ok but not brilliant
Disliked: Went to the spa and there were towels left all over floor and on the benches and the used towel bag overflowing. I wish I had my phone at the time looked a right mess really turned me off

Liked: Room and SPA were great. In particular the SPA had a full range of facilities needed. The room was spacey with a very comfortable bed and a nice balcony.Cleanliness was on point and room service has been received in a timely manner
Disliked: Staff at the restaurant was in total chaos. Impossible to order hot beverages at breakfast, as the person that sits you at the table doesn't ask for it and the waiters are clueless on who needs to order. And even after asking 2/3 times they get it wrong, every single morning. When going for dinner, waited over 15 minutes just to get the bill, with the waiter prioritizing cleaning up tables to just bringing the bill for a simple signature as we were putting it on the room's tab.Room cards stopping to work at least once a day (both of the cards given each time!) and having to go to reception to sort it out.
